Professor Robert Blackburn is the Associate Dean for Research at Kingston Business School and director of the Small Business Research Centre. Blackburn has extensive experience in research work on SMEs in the UK and internationally. Robert Blackburn’s areas of particular expertise include SMEs, entrepreneurship, internationalization, business performance and innovation. He is a visiting professor at the University of Turku School of Economics entrepreneurship unit until the end of July 2018.
