Maarit Laiho works as a senior researcher and human resource management researcher at the University of Turku, Turku School of Economics, at the department of management and entrepreneurship. She specializes in the practices of leadership and interaction, and the issues related to job coaching and the development of work communities. Her current research areas include work-related issues such as the corporate climate, active co-workers, leadership development, mentoring and engagement. These are the areas of her expertise, she also brings to SWiPE research project.
