On 11th of April the Entrepreneurship Unit has an opportunity to welcome Professor Jay Barney (University of Utah, USA) who will visit University of Turku, School of Economics.
Professor Barney is best known for his contributions to the resource-based theory of competitive advantage in the field of strategic management. Among other activities Professor Barney has published academic work on firm competitiveness, strategic management and set the tone for the resource-based view theory. In addition, Professor Barney has addressed theoretical underpinnings of the study of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial opportunities and action.
